Isn’t just about everyone “much better than Adam Carolla,” though?
I’m surprised to learn there’s anyone who likes Bob’s Burgers but not the songs.
I actually own a “Tina is my Spirit Animal” t-shirt. I wish I could claim Louise was my spirit animal, but I know myself better than that.
It will be pre-empted for a football movie
If you consider the political spectrum to be a circle, he really isn’t that far removed from the Tuckers of this world.
One of the reasons Cindarella works so well in “Into the Woods” (the stage version) is because Cindarella has a moment of doubt early on - “What’s the good of being kind, if everyone is blind, always nice Cindarella, kind Cindarella, Nice, Good, Kind, Nice-”. And she is literally slapped out of it by a step-sister.…
I’d be interested in an analysis of the seemingly HEAVY overlap between Mormons and pyramid schemes.
This is like the third article this week on the Mulaney/Munn thing that literally started with
It’s kind of dumb to go after the Friends apartment from perspective of how much the West Village costs these days, because while it was always unrealistic, prices in the 90s and early 2000s were much, much different than now. He tries to pretend like the difference in price is solely inflation, when real estate…
Jesus fucking christ, Jezebel. Maybe wait more than 48 hours from posting THIS:
So many takes here, but I think the only good one is to wish him well, since none of this is really anyone’s business. I guess that could be said for any celebrity gossip though.
In what way should she look good? Her punishment was definitely disproportionate to her “crime,” but her actions were not commendable. No one else’s actions really were either, though.
as someone in recovery and having seen the successes and failures of so many people in my recovery meetings, people aren’t textbooks and most of the ideas around addiction are quickly losing merit. especially as we learn how dangerous the purist/disease model and all the “red flag projections” baggage it carries with…
The weird thing is, the actual story is “continuing evidence for an unseen GIANT planet in our solar system CONTROLLING the comets!!!”, and they went with “I’m going to pretend to be upset about the guy whose work lead to the need to alter the terminological details I had learned in a pop-up solar system book as a…
I haven’t watched this yet (I’m still at work) but both the book this is based on, as well as Monica herself in more recent interviews) both made it clear she was attracted to Clinton and that she wanted to pursue him.
Cindy is a scary, manipulative bitch. She is also my favorite character on the show & one of my favorite ArrowVerse villains.
Correcting myself: Sedna does have a 500AUish orbit, but it’s a quarter the diameter of Pluto. I was confusing it with Eris.
Argh...
What *actually* happened was that in 1807, the astronomers thought that there was 11 planets in our solar system. By 1853, that number of planets increased from 11 to 23. Then, a new definition was created and 15 of those “planets” became known as “asteroids.”
In 1930, when Pluto was discovered, they called it a…
No. Solar gravity dominates out to about 100 000 AU. We know of a couple of different “detached objects” with a 500AU-ish orbit, notably Sedna which is slightly larger than Pluto and has a highly elliptical orbit with a perihelion of 75 AU and aphelion of 940 AU.
