Most debts arent transferrable like that and they will look into the financial solvency of the person the debt is being transferred to so if he/she has no assets the creditor wont transfer the debt. Its also probably illegal i would think to knowingly transfer a debit that will default
Roger had much much more than ten million in his estate and probably had around $10mm in life insurance for estate tax purposes. He was a wealth manager and thats financial planning 101. Id be very surprised if that is not the case
