Eh I actually think it’s one of the better looking swooshy CUV body types. The front and rear styling is handsome and sporty without being overwrought and they’ve got some nice form to the body that keep it from being generic.

The airliner in many ways is a more legitimate target than Boeing. The aircraft had at least 4 or 5 pressurization warnings that pilots over-rode.  I can at least make an argument that the airline should have at least investigated why the mishap aircraft was giving pressure warnings.

Even though just three people are named in the lawsuit it’s more than just them who could benefit. It also seeks damages on behalf of other passengers who may have flown on Boeing 737 Max 9 airplanes
