The new Prius? Don’t hate it.

“You changed your name to Latrine?”
“Used to be Shithouse”
“It’s a good change. That’s a good change!”

EV’s redemption will be smaller batteries and fast charging.

If this dude’s not a GTA or Just Cause fan, I’ll be curious to find out what his endgame was.

I mean how much do Priuses really cost to maintain? The most expensive thing I did on my outlander sport was spark plugs and brakes within 10 years and over 100K miles. I only need to do oil changes once a year. Priuses I’ve seen are quarter million mile machines that are still running on original engines. For all

I mean, does this surprise anyone?

Ha! Jokes on you. I use the sack and trowel to build a trebuchet. I use the trebuchet to launch a rock on you. You die. Now you’re a dead fat bastard. That didn’t go how you thought, now did it?

No doubt. The plug in hybrid is truly a great option. My hornet is rated at 31 miles of electric and my work is 29.5 road miles away. Now that it’s warmed up, I’m rolling into work with 30 plus percent battery remaining, and my 4xe Jeep was the same way. Plug ins tend to go farther than what they are rated for, in my

There wasn’t “no vacancy anywhere.” That would be ridiculous. There was just no vacancy at whatever random hotels United has agreements with.

even if they could stay at the airport, it’s an open air terminal. there are no walls, just a roof and some additional benches/chairs.

Don’t sit next to the family that slept outside and are covered in cockroaches and you’ll be fine!

My thought exactly. If this was me, you can bet your ass I would be finding a hotel to stay at instead of just sleeping outside.

Not be a lazy Karen, and call around yourself to find your own hotel with a room available?

99.9% chance it’ll be fine: boring and a bit cramped, but fine. Flying is inconvenient, but you shouldn’t be feeling too bad about it — all news organizations like to emphasize the worst news possible.

I can promise there were hotel rooms, just not ones in the United network that they have discount rates for. He could have booked one himself and demanded United pay it back, or use his credit card’s flight delay insurance to cover it (if he had a good travel card).

Sounds awful, but there is no way it was literally true that there were no hotel rooms anywhere. There may have been no hotel rooms in United’s system of hotels they usually use for such circumstances. When that happens, you book your own and then demand reimbursement from the airline.

No available rooms within 50 miles out of the Kona Airport?

I am a Subie guy and you’re right. That bottom car is a looker! I would buy one in a heartbeat.

I see Matt Gaetz’s Lolita Express is still a work in progress.

Just some really basic advice for wannabe plane thieves with no flying experience. You steer with your feet when you are on the ground.

And you are going to die.
