Sure thing pal.

“My means of conveyance has arrived at its destination, and as a sovereign citizen I’m toasting my safe arrival as is my Constitutional right!”

Israel hasn’t occupied Gaza since 2005.

Only the truly deranged think it is anti-semitic to have aid arrive for the Palestinians. But nothing is stopping Egypt from providing aid to Gaza though its shared border, but Egypt itself. And Egyptian concerns are valid; it is only antisemitic to allege there is some “jewish plot” to “Genocide” the Palestinians,

What we’re seeing now, according to Awadallah, is a cumulation of years of neglect and a lack of resources in Palestine’s health system”

The trick is to immediately get out of the car after you pull over and in full view of the officer’s dash cam and start chugging the alcohol on camera. That way they can’t get you for drunk driving, only public intox. Trust me, I saw it on TikTok.

There’s also something so inescapably gothic (in the literary sense) about Dracula and Frankenstein that it feels difficult translating it to modern day.

Rosamund Pike was so effective in Gone Girl that male casting directors were “terrified” of her for years afterward. It remains one of the most chilling performances I’ve ever seen.

they should focus on good movies, instead of universes.

Modern media and how it treats its consumers:

4. As much as I love the classic Universal Monsters, they really are relics of the past.

“Dracula Boat” sounds like a cheap boardwalk dark ride.

Awesome movie. And don’t forget her supporting role as Patrick Bateman’s fiancee in one of the great dark comedies, American Psycho.

More like “it goes against my brand”.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Man, I really need to see Legally Blonde 2.

Streep had already played many cold, calculating “bad woman” roles from the beginning, and many since. Hawn had as well, but fewer - more “haughty woman who learns a lesson” roles - so she wasn’t really working against type either. (Especially not in a comedy.)

Then again, that’s more of a “dark comedy” which isn’t what she seems to mean when she says “dark” -- It’s kind of like when Tom Hanks played a hitman in Road to Perdition... a bit hard to accept.

She was originally going to play the lead in Gone Girl, from what I understand. That would have been pretty fascinating, though it’s hard to imagine anyone doing a better job in that role than Rosamund Pike.

“This is not the first time the Gaza Strip has been attacked by Israel.” In fact, Kylie Cheung, Hamas has initiated every single conflict. There have been 15 ceasefires with Hamas since they came to power, and Hamas has violated every single one. As a journalist, it is your responsibility to conduct thorough

Their government should have considered that before they killed thousands of civilians and took women and children hostage.
