That’s a myth. It varies by state and insurance company. I’ve had 2 cars totaled in my life. One was 30% of the value and the insurance company asked if I wanted it totalled. Another was about 50. It depends on the type of damage. Unibody cars(most on the market) don’t have frames.

And...sometimes accidents happen.

It’s a shame we missed that. It looks to me like the milienials worry about just the monthly cost. Hence the insane student loan debt and rise of leases.

What do you think the percentage of people is that trade their car into the dealer? Of that percentage, how many of the are cars 1 to 5 years old?

No, it says that about every car. A lot of people trade cars within a year. You said it would depreciate that much in 6 months. I was just showing you how it could.

I don’t think there is more finance education. I had to learn everything myself by making mistakes and in in my mid 30s. I wish they would do more finance education, the people at my job that thing it’s normal okay behavior to carry 10 or 20k on a credit card and not realizing that is costing them thousands a year in

That’s fine, you and I do that. Your average buyer isn’t going to have the cash on hand to dig themselves out of being underwater. They will just roll it into the next car.

If you trade it in 6 months it will. If you sell is private party you will have 100 people beating on your car with no intentions to buy it.

The problem is, putting money down if going to get erased by the interest. Not going to figure it out, but 2.9 on 84 months with 20k is probably about 3500 in interest. The same financing at 15k is probably still going to be 2500 or so.

There used to be a sub think part of this website. Lego godt. Then it stopped getting updated

I wish they would update this now that I’m an adult and have money. I usually buy the 2 biggest technic sets each year. I’ve only gotten around to building one though. The Porsche gt3 rs is next whenever I get some time off.

I voted for Trump.

Confused it with a Ford.

...looked similar to a ford...

Nice. I owned a 12 5.0 and a 15 5.0. Nice motor. I just hate drive by wire cause the ecu will interpret what it thinks you want. That why I went back to an old car with a throttle cable.

👍

That’s not a childish tantrum. You think all police are bad. I don’t. The guys in the video need to go to jail along with going through their arrest record with a fine tooth comb. Those are the facts. Have fun trying to seem super smart on the internet. If you don’t like the police here in this corrupt state, you

I was just commenting on it. They aren’t super high strung. Finnegans garage on YouTube just did a test with one. I though it was dumb when he said you have to run a diff computer with it.

They are out there, I picked up a one owner 2002 ss in sunset Orange metallic, m6 trans with 74k miles. It had tan interior. Only thing I didn’t want was t tops. It took 5 months to find this. It was 8500 and all stock and nearly perfect. It was at a dealer on consignment. Wish I dealt with the owner, cause it would

Haha. 10k for the crate engine and 6k for the individual tb. Plus a new computer cause the stock one can only handle drive by wire.
