The biggest influence on my motion sickness is visibility. It’s always worse in the backseat as a result. Something with a huge windshield and minimal A pillars might help.

I’m sure there are differing individual triggers for motion sickness. For some, the lack of stable reference is a problem. This is why we are told to look at the horizon when we get sea sick.
