I moved out to California recently and also bought an E90 M3. Since there are 3 tracks within a 3 hour radius here, it seems as though I’d be a jalop hypocrite (jalopocrite?) if I didn’t start doing track days. Well...first time was Laguna Seca. With an instructor. Wow. Even in the Kindergarten group I was in it was

Holy shit.

No of no.

Someone needs to photoshop that with two more pod lights and a massive twin kidney replacing the Packard grille and then present that as the new BMW 7-series!

Thanks, but I can’t take the credit. Google translate added VIN as a language last week.

I am impressed at your ability to make VIN-speak.

Wow, that’s not too bad. For my next trick, I’ll turn a 2004 WRX into an M3 warranty. ;)

If you don’t mind me asking, what did the maxcare cost for that? I’m currently hunting down an M3 coupe.

Nyyyyce! That’s a slick ass color too. I think that color car with those same wheels, but in black, would look slick. Idk if you’re into black wheels or not, but PlastiDip if you don’t wanna commit!

Awesome looking M3, congrats. I will say, from first hand experience, the E9x M3/S65 engine are actually pretty damn reliable.

Your right. Thats why I said it can work for you too. You can get the car you want without all of the bullshit. Just a simple straightforward price. And that works for a lot of the people that know what they want and want to get in and out fast.

Congrats! I love mine...

Honestly it works against you. Actually beepi.com and other services offer much more competitive “no haggle” pricing (shiftcars and tred.com are similar I think). Honestly Carmax is useful because I could get the EXACT car I wanted (blue/E90 M3/stick/18 in dark grey wheels/parking control/electronic dampening

Ooooh nice...yes those can be worth it.

Honestly most “normal” cars I wouldn’t get from carmax. It’s the jalop cars I’d get from there. Actually...I just did. E90 M3. Sweet sweet warrantied E90 M3. I wish they had a gas plan though cause man is this thing thirsty.

Like I’ve said before, Carmax touts the no haggle pricing as kind of a way of saving the customer money. But the no haggle works for and against the customer and a lot of people don’t realize that. No haggle=zero negotiation.

Jaguar F-Type V6. Because is better looking with the middle exhaust than the V8 and is the only way to get it with a manual

460 hp and starting at $55,000. Went around the TG test track 1.19.8.

Using the panels for shade/rain protection OVER a bike path is a great idea!

You can also try with the best possible chance of success. Use the same bike path, put angled panels above it. There, twice the power output and none of the mess of having to ride on specialized prototype glass.
