I got searched three times there while connecting through. Debarking, checking the luggage, and the one that I actually enjoyed, I got pulled aside at the boarding ramp by a stunning 22-ish, leggy, submachine gun wielding, redheaded vixen who questioned me on my travel plans and searched my carry-on bag.

the cost to do body work, and paint a car, could give you several cars worth of engines and transmissions. they may not be pretty, but they will run, and thats all you need really.

Can't it simply be beautiful to behold? Everyone has their own personal style and taste, I say go for it if you're into it.

I think it has a touch too much patina, but otherwise man is it beautiful. It's a nice low price too, if the engine isn't a total slob then a bit of redoing of the interior and maybe replace the wheels with something similar but less rust (no brightworks) and this thing is awesome!

I own a B7 S4 6MT. Pretty sure you have to pull the 3/4 nose to get the engine out. That should be...what?....5k min just to R&R?? I can’t wait..... :P

I'm a ford guy, but i'd drive a 4th gen (especially in its dirty bird cousin) only because it's pretty much the perfect drag car and the amount of mullet required is within my legal limits.

The only thing I miss about them is the weight though.
