You can have multiplayer features and social networking in a game without requiring ridiculous and rapacious DRM requirements.

This is all I have to say:

1)It's not bitching. They can't access a product that they paid for (in some cases pre-ordered for first access). If you are denied a good or service you paid for, that's reason to be reasonably upset.

Yeah, their "load tests" and closed betas were just Marketing stunts.
