I had the same question. My theory is he locked the front shocks and started to jiggle the front bucket up and down. Do it at regular intervals and you can get a harmonic bounce effect going. I can see tiny little bit of movement in the bucket during the bouncing—not every bounce, but enough to support a harmonic.
