Whoever did her ink must have a strong stomach.

“Moose” ( 7th from the left, front row ) accidentally threw up the Black Power salute and later that night was dragged behind a pickup truck

CP because you’d have to deal with a whackjob to buy it.

Jeff Sessions, another *actor turned politician falls by the wayside.

A tilt/telescopic steering column gives more headroom too

It’s lifted, it needs a longer front driveshaft, not “u-joints”. And the shock issue is because the longer, “lift” shocks that are optional in the Rough Country kit don’t have the correct upper mount for the Caddy body. I could finish it for less than $500 and some welding time.

I’ve always found the idea of being told what I can and can’t read to be unsettling.  I never thought Ray Bradbury material would be censored, and I assure you that the irony isn’t lost on me. I read that again last night, I guess it’s been 40 years since I last read it.

You’re welcome! My library only has it as an audio book. The classics are disappearing at an alarming rate too. I bought “The Grapes of Wrath” in hardcover at the library sale for $1 and they didn’t replace it on the shelf with a better-condition issue... it just got purged from inventory. That ain’t right.

Unfortunately, you have to find an old version of The Martian Chronicles, the later versions have that story removed. It’s been censored out of the Kindle version, and all of the later paperback reprints.

Instant CP for blocking the license plate with his finger.

You’d need a Stant lever-vent cap on it so you could open it to add washer fluid.

I hope the images show up, but I removed the front dealer plate from this very car* and it was attached with 3" long self-drilling screws. I’m surprised they hadn’t punctured the condenser.

No, because the condenser is behind the radio, not behind the dash....

I’m suspicious of it needing a condenser fan and a compressor at the same time. I’ve replaced many of each but never at the same time on the same vehicle. I replaced 2 condenser fan motors this summer on 2 different cars my daughter had, an Accord and a Camry, and they took the same motor. About 30 bucks on Amazon for

You’ve been out of the loop for a long time if you think AC Delco just makes GM parts.

I overbought our “newest” (to us) car, my late Mother’s 2006 Chevy Aveo. She bought it new and by 2015 had 9k miles on it. My wife and I drove it the next few years after Mom went into assisted living, mostly for the 20-mile round trip every other day to check on her house/farm, feed her pets etc. She paid for the gas

Those taillights remind me of Drinky Crow’s eyes....
