Yes. I understand that, whether she was capable of being an appropriate parent to them or not, she didn’t get to, and she’s grieving a huge loss. I remember many, many years ago (in the newspaper, in the classifieds), seeing an ad from a man who was dying of cancer and looking for someone to take his dogs. I felt so sad for him - imagine having to look for a stranger to take care of your pets after your untimely death.
