Mussina was good for a long time, but I think Schilling was better at his best (comparing best 3-5 seasons).

Why? I’d argue the argument makes a good case for Mike Mussina (but with playoff success), but Jack Morris was a good pitcher for about 8 years with some spectacular WS pitching, otherwise I’d compare Morris more to someone like Andy Pettite (without the drug controversy, but not really HOF worthy, regardless).
What? If Rocker was almost unanimously considered to be the best closer of all-time, he’d be in the HOF.
Misleading:
I didn’t think Schilling was a HOFer until I looked at his stats. Politically I don’t agree with him, but that had nothing to do with it.
His stats were great. He was not.
Eh. I remember hearing Roethlisberger and Brady “could” speak at RNC. I don’t remember Tebow’s name even coming up. I think it’s fair the fault Tebow for RNC putting him on list without any confirmation.
Did you go to ESF? That is a fairly specific nuance you pointed out to someone who didn’t realize that Syracuse wasn’t in the SUNY system (ot that Albany was).
Only reason I knew about that school is because I did NYPIRG when I was at Purchase.
I can’t tell if you are making a joke or not, but Albany is a public university, Syracuse is private.
Because they walked off a detail.
I think Pete Rose played winter ball in South America. I’m not aware or sure if he played any Minor League baseball as well. I understand that Japanese baseball is probably the 2nd best league in the world (I’m not sure how the average team would do against MLB vs. AAA, but I suspect it’s somewhere closer to a bad MLB…
“when he was flooded by messages from other Yahoo users telling him how stupid he was.”
It actually annoys me that I can’t take the stairs in my office building. I have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Often, I have to wait a while to get an elevator that isn’t full. I’ve asked and been told the stars are not an option.
