Some fans have wanted a Hollywood Doctor Who movie for literally 50 years. It's not really "preemptive" when it's the thousandth time a producer on this show has shot down that idea.

Throw in some lens flare and get the Doctor to go shirtless with six-pack abs and you got yourself a script!
