FYI I’m a proud bottom and I perform Steely Dan at karaoke sometimes. It’s a fun diversion from my typical pop girlie fare. 

That’s OK. We had a good run. I have to admit that I’m a little sad to see us go, but we weren’t terribly efficient. At 50% of our (straight people) marriages ending in divorce, you really can’t say it’s been an unmitigated success when the outcome is an even toss-up. Maybe non-straight marriages have a better success…

Unfortunately it is stronger than ever in Texas. I get glossy junk mail ads for mega churches every week. They have a first day of school prayer….in public schools.

The best comeback for a juvenille insult is “At least I don’t have herpes.” Because statistically there’s a 1 in 3 chance they do. Then they’d be all “How tf did you know??”

Conspicuous consumption undoes whatever sexy quality this could have, and im gay af.

This has always been my personal position as a black person, that we especially should be suspicious when they start going after civil rights...so the whole anti-trans movement has been flood alarms loud to me and it’s bonkers that that line of thinking isn’t majority...because lo and behold they’re going after birth…

I’ve had so many conversations with people who are like “Don’t worry, they won’t come after your marriage.” And I've always been like “You idiot. You moron. OF COURSE THEY WILL!” Bigotry never sleeps and bigots always need a target.
