The deck is being stacked against Sabrina with Father Blackwood asking her absurdly difficult questions and softballing Nick, so her getting assistance is evening the score.

They’ve done some gory stuff on this show, but mincing up Leviathan was the most stomach-churning thing I’ve seen so far.
Hi Father Blackwood, nice to have you join us.
Broad City and this show ending in a week’s span has been pretty rough.
I loved when Zeke tried to support Mr. Frond’s excitement for the field trip. He was a little late, but damnit he’s trying.
Oh I agree. I’m sure Toby was mad because Kevin’s issues took Kate away from her “very special private ceremony” he made for her. Which is... well pretty stupid.
Meghan McCain is so goyish she puts mayonnaise on pastrami sandwiches.
I have the same vague memory—which definitely is a way a number of would be pro athletes have got into acting.
Excellent episode, good write up. But:
Rosa laughing every time a firefighter dying by falling through the “pole hole” was referenced, was peak Rosa.
It’s not entirely clear if the main character in Metamorphosis turns into a cockroach, beetle or some other insect. It’s left sorta vague although different translations have used different phrases.
I’d like to agree with you, but I found the murderer’s reaction to being found out funny, like he was doing them a favour and now they have to miss out on his great murdering.
You’re tempted to skip this episode based on comments from the cesspool that is the AV club comment section? Have you ever known anyone on here to be happy with the shows they claim to like?
It’s worth seeing anyway
I mostly agree with you on these points. I think the only place where I’d disagree is the idea that just because there isn’t a case where someone told him “no” and he did it anyway means that everyone was OK with it. If my roommate asks to jack it in front of me, I’d feel comfortable saying no. If my landlord asks to…
“Pete smokes so much weed that it makes people uncomfortable.”
Kudos to AV Club for recognizing Annie Murphy’s work on Schitt’s Creek. I feel like she gets overlooked in favor of the Levy fellas and O’Hara, who are all doing great work, by the way. But Murphy has a way of taking such a tropey character who, at least on paper, would be one that you love to hate, and giving her…
Yeah she tried the magic eggnog trick on Don, but even magic has its limits haha
