God, I love this show. My favourite comedy series hands down. It's both absurd and *smart*. Man, is it smart. Yes, you can upgrade from Vista.

Yes. I bought my upgrade a couple days ago, and it gave me a licence key (serial number) and let me download the entire Windows 8 installation to an ISO. So I can burn the ISO to a DVD and use the DVD to install win8 whenever I want it. (They also give you the option to put the installer on a memory stick.)

I don't know about you, but it seems many are confusing between jailbreaking and unlocking. The only reason to unlock would be to go to another carrier. Jailbreaking is for rooting and tinkering and whatnot.
