In a roundabout way yes. It’s an interactive show where viewers can vote during the live broadcast on what happens next to the characters and story. It’s like a really long cut scene in a game. 

I like the concept of it and I know they had to monetize it somehow but it’s all coming together weird. I downloaded it last night anyway just to see what the app was like.

From what they announced yes it is BUT they’re using the original recordings from Snake Eater and not re-recording all the roles. 

My instagram feed has been adding in 90's tv commercials for games and they are something else. I’m shocked at what they got away with back then. 

I forget that they released it on 3DS and I never grabbed a copy. Guess I can try to find a used copy at a not so absurdly high price.

I think the we fixed videos would be better if they talked about the process of how the studio did it and try to replicate it using tools that are available to everyone.

That did make me laugh in the recent trilogy. Outside of the modern day stuff there weren’t actually any assassins in a series called Assassin’s Creed. The hidden ones were the pre-assassin’s and I guess that makes the order of the ancients pre-templar. The idea is there but you know what I mean.

There have been those rumors that a remake of AC1 is coming. When Mirage leaked there was also a season pass that leaked and AC1 would have been part of that. Mainly because they could do a lot of asset sharing. But of course the rumor could be nothing or was something at one point and Ubisoft canned it.

Do all bundles come with digital codes now? I got the $600 one and had to put the code in a safe place. For whatever reason it says I can’t redeem it until 10/20 and I can enter the code in the PSN store and it shows the game and pre-order bonus but I can’t claim it. I’d really like to be able to pre-load the game…

Same, for my PS3 and Vita I had a number of PS1 games that I would like to have on my PS5. There are a few on there when the PS+ tiers came out that I was able to transfer. My save files I wish I could transfer to my Vita from my PS1 memory cards.

I definitely wouldn’t mind if they re-released the PS3 BC console with a modern build where it wouldn’t overheat (RIP my PS3BC). But call it like PlayStation Legacy so you’d at least have a native option to play older games.

I agree, once the game is out it should be still available when the license expires. Xbox does it though with the Forza games once the licenses expire and the game reaches EoL they get pulled from sale. You can still get a used disc to play but won’t be able to get any DLC for them. I’m waiting for them to say Forza…

It also makes me wonder if they’ll do an Apple TV refresh in the future where it could support those games. 

I’ve run into that issue when I used to buy apps from gaming companies like Ubisoft, EA, and Konami. After a while they’d drop support for the game and then iOS would get updated to the point that they were no longer compatible. I’ve lost a bunch of apps over the years due to lack of updates from devs.
