That sounds like my mom’s best friend that lives in NYC. She doesn’t own a car because of how the city is set up. She’s been fine with walking and public transit to get around. If she needs a car for whatever reason there’s always car rental places.

They’ve always done stuff like that though. The one that sticks with me was Halo Anniversary for 360. One article was about how all remasters need to be handled like Halo, then when the review came out they were like “don’t buy the game!”

I’m at that point now when I listen to older stations on Apple Music the songs are usually from middle/high school. Growing up classic rock was always like 70's and earlier. Now they’re like here’s a classic hit from the 90's-00's!

That would be nice if they used stop motion in the sequel.  I didn’t think there needed to be a beetlejuice 2 but also I’m part of the problem since I’ll end up seeing it in theaters. Hopefully Alamo Drafthouse does a double or has a movie party again for Beetlejuice.

I thought this was a strange promo but it’s not like it hasn’t been done before. Then I remembered in Secret Wars Miles gave The Maker a burger and that spared him.

Thanks to Xbox BC and gamepass, I could stop buying games this generation and I’d have something new to play every week. It always feels like there’s a dry spell and then all these massive AAA games get dumped all at the same time.

They do have an option to turn on a map guide if you want it. That has helped me during my play through. It doesn’t tell you where to go but it places a marker on the map on where you should be.

I have it on Series X and had very few issues with it. But I know what you mean though, it seems like the issues with PC port are overshadowing the game where on PS5/XSX the game is fine.

From what I understand the only thing they verify is your phone number but not your identity. Now when I see blue checks I just see them as a paid user. Luckily the Chrome extension Eight Dollars still shows who is paid and who is verified.

I didn’t experience it in either game. But knowing this does take the edge off of getting to an area I’m not supposed to yet. Fallen Order had a game breaking bug if you did a sequence break on Dathomir. The game would save and Cal would be trapped in that area since he doesn’t have the proper skills yet.

This will show my age but me and my friends would use Roger Wilco for voice chat. I haven’t thought about that in ages!

That’s the basic gist of it. I didn’t read the spoiler post and just went to the comments which were nothing but complaints. But I think what did it was the day before Kotaku posted that Nintendo blacklisted them so they couldn’t go to the Tears event where you got to play an hour of it. Then the next day they go and

It would be nice if Sony leaned into the plates more like what the 360 attempted to do. I liked the idea of being able to customize the OG 360 with different covers. That way it would give me a chance to customize a PS5 without having to buy a whole new console. I don’t have one yet since I’m waiting for Spider-Man 2

Oh yeah definitely. I’ve seen games come and go over the years. Specifically what I was getting at about the Forza Horizon games is car licensing since that’s only good for X amount of years. I imagine they’d rather put that money towards FH6 rather than renew FH4. All the other ones have been delisted over the years s

I don’t blame you. That Sega Picross game was super addicting. I sunk so many hours into that one.

I’ve also bought digital games when they’ve been on a deep discount because I played it in GP. Like Avenger’s, I had no intention of buying the game but it hit GP so I gave it a go since I heard the story is really good. I bought a copy for myself and a friend to eventually play co-op with when it was $8 recently.

I play more 3rd party games than anything on GP, even then I think that’s mostly indie games. I’ve played a lot of games that I otherwise wouldn’t have. Day 1 1st party games have just been a nice perk to the service. It’s also helpful in cases like this since I can try out Redfall for “free”. But even then I’ll be

I can see that and I did laugh when the priorite came out of the toilet because there was an achievement for it!

If you’re a completionist like me than it’ll take longer. AC2 was about 25 hours for me to 100%. Valhalla I’m at 200 hours and still have a ways to go. I’ll probably hit the 250 hour mark when all is said and done.

Man it was that long ago? So it’s taken Sony 10 years to get to the original promise they made with cloud gaming.
