Well we actually may see one with the refresh in 2021-22, Nissan had a new 370z test mule out on track and the Q50/60 have been out for nearly 7 years now so they are due for a full redesign.

Better news yet Nissan just leased a 9-speed transmission from Mercedes so the 7-speed from the G37 is likely getting ditched

No market for a Q60 manual. We built 2, a 3.0t and a Red Sport. We put them back to stock and rolled them into the loaner fleet. 11 minths of zero interest other than to drive them. I’ve still got most of the parts and ecu’s. Waiting for the right Q60 to come off lease and rebuild one for myself.

How, objectively? The cars appear to scratch totally different itches.

This car is the equivalent of discovering your favorite car in Gran Turismo has the racing modification available.

Give me five doors and 300hp via three pedals to all wheels, and they can call it the Mazdatastefulandmature3 for all I care.

Motorcyclist Magazine was a monthly staple in our home growing up. We all couldn’t wait till the next issue arrived to fill us with wonder at the newest and hottest bikes. I like the look of the MKV, and I’m all for anything new that isn’t a CUV or bloated sedan. That said, I get that it wouldnt be cost effective to design and manufacture an I6 from scratch, and I have no problem with the Toyota reaching out to BMW for their engine, but it’s disappointing that Toyota couldn’t be

A side effect of promoting our indigenous car industry, I guess. Though one little advantage is that a first time buyer can graduate to four wheels with a brand new car for really cheap.

She needs something “large” in her life for once.

Suzuki-san is completely right. We need more people like him leading engineering teams in car manufacturers.
