I’m no statistician, though I do work with statistics a bit - it seems imprudent for them to suggest that his surge is over based on a one-month downturn. THAT surge may be over but could be more to come. Also it’s ridiculous for them to state the reason - they don’t know.

My local news station put the story on facebook, with the video, and there were hundreds of comments saying the victim should have just complied. I got so angry I actually felt violent myself. Really starting to hate society and I think I need to stop reading all posts (except for Jezebel)

I don’t really know either and it’s become must see TV for me. I started as an ironic, snarky viewer, and somewhere along the line I got a little sucked in though I know it’s all fake. I think I’m still a little snarky about it...at least I hope so.
