I’ve seen some stupid articles on this blog but this one might be the worst one yet.

While I hold the same opinion of Greta Thunberg as does Jeremy Clarkson, she’s absolutely right about this one. US fossil fuel (and agriculture, and a lot of other things) policies, often kept up by Republicans, are both hypocritical (where’s your free market now?!) and destructive.

If the game is overtly bigoted it’s one thing, but calling on deplatforming for anything “problematic” is disgusting.  If it really is overtly offensive I agree deplatforming is the way to go, but not only if it's due to the subject matter.

This is some pretty strong evidence that the “Always On” requirement is nothing more than DRM, and any previous statements that it was needed because “there’s a lot of stuff going on in the background” (iirc that was given as a reason) was total bullshit.
