Seriously, you expected something else??? They are just names being slapped on to vehicles built to hit an established market segment, nothing more.

Anybody else watching this game said to themselves, “I bet Hunter Renfrow will be on the goddamn Patriots after college.”

“Maybe his accuracy and timing aren’t good enough for the pros. Maybe he’s not adaptable enough to become the pocket passer NFL offenses think they require. If nothing else, it’ll be a new challenge for a quarterback who just aced college football’s toughest one.”

At some point we should, without caterwauling or fruitlessly micro-managing, just let Duke be Duke, i.e. lose as an over-hyped #2 seed to #15 Syrup Country League Champion Western Vermont State in the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament.

I assume the back surgery is an exploratory procedure in which they’ll be looking for something resembling a spine.

“You don’t need to teach out in the public all the time.”
