Oh! Thanks for that - I've been loving all the background music in this show since the pilot. I had no idea this track was Tangerine Dream - and I owned four of the original Virgin albums from the mid 70's.

I know I'm way late to the party here, but I only just watched this yesterday. And my main impression was: "why did every single song sound exactly the same"? There was just no variety to the music and even though the lyrics changed the singers' styles were the same for every song.

You know, I think you're right. The keyword in the post that I missed was "Tolkein" as in tall blonde elf - where I was thinking small cute elf. And I always considered Riki's eyes too far apart where Kate is just perfect.

Well, you got the initials wrong - I assume you mean RL not KM.
