So proud.
This car has a mullet. Very clean cut in the front, letting it all hang out in the back.
I sold a $900 E30 last year. The guy tried to nickel and dime me for everything and then had the audacity to ask me for a 3-month money back warranty “In case anything goes wrong”. I told him it was a $900 car and something was definitely going to go wrong in three months. Take it or leave it.
I’m sure it will very soon. I know a lot of people who will only buy Sprinter vans for their businesses because they are diesel. Ford has a new 5-cylinder diesel in the Connect van mainly to compete with the sprinter.
I love the fact that most people won’t touch these. I’ve bought several of them for around $1,000 over the years. Parts aren’t that expensive and they’re fairly easy to work on. I’ll always have a cheap land rover in the stable.
Dammit. I came here to post this car. Needs to be a manual though.
But it doesn’t connect airports. The new California rail system end points have been forced further and further outside LA and SF for land and city reasons, making it’s very existence completely useless.
At this point, the California “high speed rail” goes from middle-of-nowhere to the middle-of-nowhere. LA residents, of all people, are not going to drive in traffic to a train station outside the city to catch a train to the outskirts of SF to drive in traffic again to their destination.
As a matter of principle, I don’t believe politicians/states should be giving special tax breaks or subsidies to any particular company or business because they almost always result in either or both of these problems- A) Corruption, or B) They’re so eager to claim political capital, they give away far more than they…
Have to disagree with you on the E46. The 2002+ facelifted sedan is far better looking than the 1999-2001. I don’t care for the coupe facelift in the picture, but still better than the previous coupe headlights.
I rode one last summer for an afternoon. It was definitely more fun than I thought it was going to be. Around town, it was great. The perfect city bike. Definitely lacked a bit on the freeway. I don’t think I would ever actually buy one, but it was better than I thought it would be.
Sadly, we have neither of those in America. I would love to have one of those CB125e’s as a city bike.
There was one of these for sale in San Francisco last year. I almost flew there to buy it but he sold it before I could book a flight.
Everyone loves to hate the Buell Blast but it wasn’t as bad as people like to think. It was a simple, belt driven city bike. It was a bit ugly, I’ll admit, but for a smaller city bike it’s ok. I’ve often thought of picking one up or buying a blast engine to build a bike like Mac’s Blast-based motorcycle-
My family had several of these when I was growing up. All with the 7.3L Powerstroke. My dad still has one. I love them.
Correct. I just haven’t been to almost any motorcycle site in the last six months without being hit over the head by a Scrambler ad. I hope they sell millions of them. I want to buy a cheap used one in about five years.
I sure hope they sold enough Scramblers to pay for it’s marketing campaign. I’m surprised their marketing budget hasn’t put them into bankruptcy.
I just picked up a 2008 BMW 535xi Wagon for my long, bi-weekly commutes. Replaced the 2006 Jetta TDI I’ve been driving for a few years. I love my wagon.
