Charging for /Drive is absolute bullshit... but I'll probably pay for it. I can't go without a Chris Harris video. Couldn't pay me to watch a Farah video though.

Ok, so it's a typo in the article. You start with 270 GALLONS of bacon fat. The article says 250 pounds. That's makes much more sense.

What is the process for turning bacon grease into fuel? Or what do they add to it? 250lbs into 200 gallons does not add up...

Our company has several of each truck here. I just want an F-250 King Ranch body with a Cummins engine and an Allison transmission.

Another reason- I'm a sucker for 2wd prerunner trucks. I miss seeing those every day.

I left LA a few years ago and the cars are what I miss most. Not just the exotics I would see most Sunday afternoons on Sunset headed to Santa Monica, but all the quirky, rare cars I would see every day. It is a true automotive paradise.

How did the B5 A4 not make the list? I guess it goes along with the Mk4 golf but that generation of Audi was terrible. Case in point- pneumatic central locking. If your air pump or battery went out when the doors were locked, you are SOL. Along with the ABS system. Terrible car.

That is true. I forgot which website I was on. But if I'm going to drive something slow and economical for work, I'd rather have something a little more utilitarian and off the ground. My company got tired of paying for the gas in my LR3 on company trips so I was given a Jetta. If it was a wagon, I would probably

I am on the clock, but it's still a hell of a drive. I don't think I would buy a diesel car for personal use if it were my money. It takes so long for the extra cost to pay off in efficiency. I'm not a do-or-die diesel fan, but for what I do, this car works for me. I'd rather drive something like an Escape or similar

If it's strictly city driving, it will drop to mid-30's typically. Since it's my company car, it's on the freeway 90% of the time. I live 200 miles from our main office and travel there a few times a month.

My parents have a 2008 Merc E-class diesel. One of the most enjoyable long distance cars I've ever driven.

I would say about half of fuel stations have diesel. The US has many diesel pickups, so diesel is not hard to find.

I drive a 2006 Jetta TDI 5-speed for my job, adding about 1500 miles a month to it. Doesn't matter if I drive it 65mph or 85mph, it gets a consistant 46-47mpg.

The prius lady is the only video I have ever watched and actually become angry over. I have never seen that level of self-righteousness on display.

I can vouch for the old Toyota's. My wife had a 1990 Celica with 200k+ miles on it when we married and I sold it to a friend of mine soon after for $300. He and I put a new clutch in it and then proceeded to rallycross it for two years. We bent multiple sets of front wheels at one particular rallycross track with a

The gun port doors? You can see the handles I was talking about.

There's a spring-loaded grab handle inside that pushes out and rotates the plate down. Push the handle out, and they rotate and fall down. It takes some effort to swing them back into place.

EVO managed to capture the only ugly part on the car- that hideous steering column.
