Also don't leave someone several messages in the same day. A voice mail with a time stamp of 10:30 and then 11:15 from the same person with the same issue shows me that not only are you impatient but don't respect the fact I have a job to do and there are other people waiting for service who came before you.

Thing looks like it can be used to blow up buried IEDs too.
