@anduin1: Agreed, the Total War series shouldn't go beyond the 1800's, it's just not suited for it. Besides, why would they want to pass up periods that haven't been done yet for the most overdone period in videogame history?

@Ariakkan: You want them to skip all those incredibly interesting periods in history only to go towards the WWI-II era? Really? No excuse that WWI is the next title? What if they want to do the Bronze Age? Or China?

Hold on, let me get this straight. The only thing videogame related that was shown was a single CoD trailer, and the rest was basically a shitty concert?

@Metal Keir Solid: Yeah, when they showed that MoH footage it felt like I was just watching a match of Modern Warfare. So much for originality.

Hold on, it still doesn't have a blu-ray player yet?

$15 a bargain? I hope that comment was in jest.

I think I'd rather play Beyond the Red Line.

@Barman1942: Oh, and if you payed more for your graphics card than you did for your 360, you're a sucker, and don't know how to research hardware.

@Bichatse: Never heard of these detonator drivers. Dawn of War runs absolutely fine for me with stock nvidia drivers, as do the Battlefield games.

@YoungZer0: Man, someone in here really hates America/Americans. Nice stereotyping.

This game would be okay if it weren't for the fact that it has North Korea, of all countries, INVADING the United States. It's just such a laughable concept.

@Bichatse: "but because I got sick of having to switch between 3 different particular versions of my graphics card drivers every time I wanted to play three particular games which each only worked properly on one version"

@Arggh! there goes a...snake a snake!: The problem is the images don't have anything to do with the comment he made, other than they depict an Israeli military unit. I love the photos, but that comment was unnecessary.

@Killer_WaLrUs: Don't forget Josh Brolin going on to become an awesome actor.

Not to mention that extremely anachronistic M-4.

As mentioned, there's still plenty to do in the WWII genre. It still baffles me that the majority of WW2 games take place on the western front, when all of the huge, epic battles took place between Germany and Russia.

Forget Reznor. Get Bobby Prince to do the music for Doom 4.

Eh, I'll stick with Men of War, thanks.
