I'm tall. My legs smash into the seat in front of me. Its a slight annoyance in my life but I deal. I don't want sympathy. And I don't have sympathy. I paid a small sum for the width of a seat to fly miraculously through the air. Travelling for work takes a toll on my health and comfort but I bring walking sneakers…
And if you're that out of shape, and have such serious medical problems that you can't eat healthy and exercise, maybe you shouldn't drink so much and also try to get more sleep.
