Such a cutie pie! Congratulations!!
Such a cutie pie! Congratulations!!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Giving birth sounds like the most metal, bad-ass thing ever, so good for you! Also, if you’re looking for parenting-related podcasts, check out One Bad Mother! The hosts are hilarious, very foul-mouthed, and are basically everything I want to be if I ever become a mom.
Congratulations, she is lovely
Congratulations! She’s very cute! Enjoy these baby days, they are precious. :D
Congratulations! She’s beautiful!
Congratulations!! How sweet! :)
Your baby is so adorable! And if I recall rightly, she was late arriving, which means she will develop more quickly than the other children her age. That’s always very satisfying! Plus, she’s extremely cute, even for a baby. Master Poodler arrived looking like a Biafran refugee.
Yay! Hi there, Rose!
What a cute little thing! Congrats!
Congratulations to you! She’s gorgeous and has a lovely name as well :)
It’s not always that bad. I was induced and from pitocin to birth was about 24 hours, but less than 15 minutes of that was pushing. Even the earlier contractions get tiring, so don’t be surprised if you nap while waiting for the OB. Good luck, and congratulations!!
I was induced at 42 weeks (he was not interested in coming out I guess, I have a sweet cozy uterus). So I didn’t have cervadil (I don’t think). I went in at 9 and around 10:30am they gave me the pitocin. Well it made me throw up. It was funny, my sister came to move my shoes and I vomited just straight in her hair.…
Exciting!
I started labor the night before I was scheduled to go in for (I assume) the cervadil. They still gave me pitocin to speed things along.
That seems absolutely barbaric!
Haven’t had a baby, but congrats! One of my besties did, and from induction to baby was about 29 hours. I will hope yours is considerably shorter.
IMO, it’s as big as it needs to be, since some folks still haven’t gotten the message.
Yeah this is a three-part disaster: socially conditioned male entitlement, no real system for adequately treating our mentally ill citizens, and far too lax gun laws.
