Then they are just awesomely expensive or awesomely idiotic! Still awesome! Why buy a helicopter when you can buy an old Mercedes! :)

Not at all. There is a reason why there are an absolute shitload of them in Boston/NY/Philly/DC. Mine have no bull bars, nor spare tire (I designed and built an internal spare tire carrier). I park them easily on Beacon Hill, the Seaport, Charlestown....remember my daily is an F-350 6.7 Platinum crew cab so a G63…
Okay. California supplies almost 70% of the WORLDS almonds.
California grows less than 13% of the entire countries alfalfa. So I would say about 87% of it comes from the rest of the US.
Like I said, most, or in this case 94.22 percent off all cattle and calves are sourced outside of California.
Thats great, but there is no issue with water for cattle in most of the US. The issue is, in California, where a majority of almond farming occurs. No one gives a shit if a cow in Vermont consumes that much water, because there is enough.
I like Jalopnik, specifically truck yeah as most websites suck with truck info. And I have had nothing in life and had everything, really think thats just the way life is, so that’s why I have both now. Plus I can always sell them, and being best friends with the owner of a Range Rover dealership, and a Benz…
Started what I like to call an R&D company. Do work in a few fields oil/gas/aerospace/industrial computing and super computing, and renovate and restore old buildings in the greater Boston area.
Would love to know how using an analogy is attention whoring.
Well thats good because it is made in Austria
Ahh gotcha! Haha. Yeah SVR is pretty badass.
Ugh you are so right. Mine are all de-barred. No one can figure out why the fuck MBUSA makes us deal with them. It is the number one request for G wagen buyers, but some think it is due to some archaic crash test law.
G65 actually isn’t louder than the 63 motor. Sounds different, deeper, but the 63 is the screamer while the 65 is the heavy breather
Test drive them both 3 times then let your heart decide. But I feel like the G is the better buy at the moment. To be honest most of the people I know with Teslas would consider nothing else...so if you are unsure...go G ;)
Base level G 100% of the time. I love the P85D endlessly, my girlfriend does too. We are both extremely active outdoorsy people...she loved taking her G with studded snows out during the massive storms we had in Boston this year, and we take them to the beach, the mountains....she does a lot of design work so she…
Really? bullshit? Have you checked the 2nd hand market lately? Thanks to Land Rover closing out exporters, the market is back to where it was before the new body style. You drive out in a 147K abt and it will be worth 132 if you sell it.
Ha, I actually have a tech company and some of our products are in the oil and gas industry. People are surprised that I own a Prius and a P85D too. But one G63 is the Girlfriends, one is mine, and one we share in LA. 10 year G500 can be made to look brand new for 5K, which imho is a steal of a deal. They are pretty…
It’s already getting bad for Range Rovers. Unless you are good with a dealer, you’ll lose 15K driving off the lot now.
Have you listented to one in person? I own both, and sound is subjective, but it’s almost unanimous that the G sounds “more fun” as most people put it.
Ironically MB never compares the G to the Range Rover. It’s almost always Rover comparing themselves to the G. Have both, just my observation.
