You can test the tires on your car before you take them on the public road, and any used car could’ve also been in an accident or driven over glass or nails etc. your logic is just bad.

So by your logic every single time you buy a used car you have to immediately put brand new tires on, or else its definitely going to blow a tire and violently injure people, and it will be your fault. (4 tires on a used car is the same thing as 4 tires off a junkyard car that you put on your car.)
