Chrono Trigger has ALWAYS felt like perfection to me! It's an RPG that feels a lot less like a JRPG with a bunch of silly tropes, and actually feels like a legitimate adventure.

In Heartgold, I gave my newly hatched Togepi the friendship-enhancing Soothe Bell and had him learn Metronome. The first move he uses with Metronome? Fling. Soothe Bell gone. Really? Really??
My friends and I used to do Metronome battles all the time. It was a fun way to just do some joke battles, and we often had some of the most absurd moves occur.
Life lesson for today, for any youngsters reading this: Don't be mean.
