A-Tisket, A-Tasket is my favorite GG episode of all time if only for the scene where Jess keeps outbidding Dean. Just fantastic and another demonstration of why Dean is just the worst.

This is an amazing find. Thanks for that!

This happens to me every time I get a Bunheads notification.

Beans?

Betty Francis is self-aware. What has this world come to?

I haven't even finished the episode and I came here to see if someone had posted this gem. Thanks for not disappointing me.

Mad Men, you are a hot mess! (Buster's voice).

Bunheads notification? Are you trying to kill me VanDerWerff?

This was one of the best pieces I have read on the TV Club since I started frequenting the site last year. Just an inspiring piece of writing.

They are all available on iTunes

Just finished reading Erik Adams review for the first couple of episodes and noticed he also made the connection to Enlightened. God, I love  the AV Club.

Thanks so much for the recommendation. I jumped in and watched the first three episodes and I am not disappointed. I really like the leisurely pace the episodes take, it reminds me a lot of "Considering Helen", one of Enlightened's stellar episodes, even though the subject is quite different. Also, Aden Young's

The whole season is available already. Has anyone seen the whole thing, and if so, is it worth jumping into a new show? I'm already watching a lot of things, but I would start watching if it's really good.

Whoever writes lines for Betty is just trolling us at this point, right?

I don't know if someone mentioned this but it was Peggy's secretary that had to come in from Newark, not Dawn. Come on Todd, this is a particularly embarrassing faux pas given the topic of the episode.
Don't even get me started on Wiener and Co.'s portrayal of black people. Possibly one of my least favorite episodes

I would call that shot a lot of things, but gratuitous is not one of them.

Did anyone else felt the urge to clean their ears with a Q-tip right after the episode ended just to prove to themselves that in at least one aspect of your life you are not the worst? I'm glad to report I'm not Hannah-like in the least. I can still clean my ears without bursting my eardrums. And speaking of, this is

Emily Gilmore is perfect. I particularly love her when she's out of her element. I'm thinking the episode where Emily and Lorelai spend a weekend at the spa or the episode where SPOILERSS!!! Richard's mother dies and she finds out about how she tried to stop their wedding.
Fanny comes nowhere near close to being as

That was fantastic. I think I would be OK with the series ending at this point given how amazingly this was wrapped up. Also, kudos to Mike White for writing the most expertly plotted season of television possibly in the history of the medium.

At least we are rid of Elena's damn diaries. Hopefully we won't have any other scenes of her writing/narrating through her stupid diaries.
