I dated a guy when I was 18 and it was emotionally and physically abusive (it was mutual by the time the relationship ended). He’s now married with a couple of kids, and I honestly don’t know if he’s abusive to his wife.

I agree, and am so very deeply saddened that 2021 has gone so deadly...I have been nicotine-free for 3 years and am in the half-done with a pack of cigarettes and ate a bag Mrs. Bairds powdered donuts in a day (I live in a town with a bakery, and God help me they’re delicious). I'm stressed.
