I've been wanting an X-Men game made in the style of Bully for years. I've always imagined it as a bit like Wolverine and the X-Men with the main character being custom mutant whose just started at the Jean Grey academy.

I'm loving Far Cry 4 at the moment but a part of me is getting nostalgic for 2. I really miss how everything you interacted with in 2 had a physical feeling. From the maps to the animation of fixing a vehicle. There was a weight to the world that feels lacking in the later games.
Now I cant get the thought of a puke covered Canada out of my head. I hope your happy with yourself.
"Dire" usually means bigger. Like a dire wolf http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dire_wolf is about 5ft long compared to a wolf thats about 60inches long. So "wretched" is more like plague covered. Sorry to get pedantic on you but my mind is still blown that dire animals existed in real life before games.
At least they're not pull a Ubisoft on it. Far Cry 4 was unplayable for most of the weekend for me. Now I'm waiting on the next patch before I go back to it.
LA Noire feels like a classic point and click adventure game in a modern game world. I'd love to see more games take on that, or even a mod for GTA V were you play as someone without guns and have half life 2 like physics puzzles. Its a pity that it requires so much money to develop open world games that we rarely get…
DAMN YOU SOLID STATE DRIVES, NOW I WILL NEVER EAT AGAIN
Thanks Outrider, I just lost an hour of my life down an internet rabbit hole trying to find out if that was true. Turns out I have no idea. Every wiki article that mentions an engine points back to that article by Tim Rogers. The articles that may corroborate it are all dated after it and don't have citations. Tim…
Bit of weird Trivia not only is the Goof Troop game made by the same man responsible for Resident Evil(Shinji Mikami), RE engine is a modified version of the Goof Troop one.
I had a War Chief called Bulga the Crazy. His last words to me were "Thats a fine carpet".
Later on you'll end up in fights with a Few Dozen and then you'll get mobbed. Luckily this usually happens in strongholds where the Warchief or Captain has a summoner ability so you'll see it coming and can thin out the ranks before everything goes mental.
I hope one of the tiers is a coupon. I'd love to fund something like this so they can create it but I'm not an early adopter. I like getting tech one or two generations in so that I know most of the bugs have been worked out. Spending 20 or 50 bucks on a coupon would be a much better deal then spending 200 on…
What I love about Items is the quick risk reward calculations everyone has to make. Do I show my back to everyone and run for the master ball that's just dropped or do I use the distraction to my advantage and launch one the folks running for it.
You run into all sorts of tailoring issues as well. Its not like a size 14 dress is cut in the same shape as a size 8.
It would be cool if the could get some of the Deadspin folk who are into video games to do posts on them. In fact I'd like to see some more swapping of journalists within their sites. Even something where they could do dueling posts on areas where their specific interests intersects. Like Jalopnik and Kotaku doing a…
The Eagles pick them up after Sauron is dead and his armies in full retreat and they've been fighting at the black gate. In other words the eagles only made it into Mordor after the fight was over.
Think I'm going to try out this game now.
So wrote a snarky comment before my first coffee and now feel like a douche. Checked the heavy out on Google play and their a really good band. I think the changes made to the song by RPG-Unit change it enough to not think their out right stealing. But then I'm one of those rap fans who think the sampling rules in…
Its like you've never heard a mixtape in your entire life
Im really liking this, the mix is awesome dude.
