@phonos: The movie was a satire on the book so people who hate the movie usually like the book and folks who hate the book usually like the movie. You have to remember the director hated the book, and its philosophy. I liked the film but then again I usually like satire especially the weird meta kind of Starship

@ddhboy: Yes but by doing that they were able to get the price down to about $60 per unit according to a previous article by Kotaku. So in a years time we should hopefully start getting higher spec cheaper produced Kinects for Windows since there making such a profit on the initial batch.

@phonos: It actually takes more from the book Starship Troopers not the movie. In the book the marines walk around in small mech suits. It the same place that warhammer got the idea for power armor and has become a sci fi trope.

@improprietary: Doctor Who has the cybermen but their more cyborg the robot. I'd imagine that European fears tend towards disaster rather then war when it comes to our sci-fi.

It seems strange that they would alter game mechanics so much from a game that was critically and financially successful. Why mess with an already proven formula. Seems to me like a disaster waiting to happen.

@Antiterra: I look forward to both. I mean Fable is more Zelda to Witchers Final fantasy. Both fun RPGs but very different.

@arionfrost: Old rule of software development is that money and bodies only slows development. If you want them to rush they will need to cut features. Which in this case would probably be optimization for different processors and graphics cards.

@theblazeuk: It would have made more sense if Ozymandias blew up Afghanistan with both the Russian and American forces amazed there. That way it would have looked like the Doc was telling them play nice. The way it went down he just made it seem like Manhattan was a crazed god.

Where can I get that poster!

@Josh Young: I like how Halo has all this transhuman stuff going on in the background. I meen its the story of a cyborg who falls in love with his exo skeletons AI

@MrLebowski: Even Moby Dick is based on Narrative of the Most Extraordinary and Distressing Shipwreck of the Whale-Ship Essex. Melville read it before writeing Moby Dick.

@TheRevanchist2: I think the move to console gaming has shown the flaws in Lucusarts. Hack and slash games like TFU2 need a lot more thought put into their level design then lets saw RPG's or FPS's. There quick pace also makes it hard to gauge there length.

@matthewabel: A i the only person who hated that they turned him into a dead beat dad in that movie.

@John_Richard_LeMar: Vigilantes are illegal in the DCU but superheroes aren't its why Batman's been working with Jim Gordon for years.

@Shawn Langlois: Yeah, but hes been working in public with the JLA throughout that time. Maybe Morrisson just got annoyed at Batman being grim and gritty in his own comics and hanging out with Supes in JLA.

@warpwhistle: JGL plays a detective in a brilliant film called Brick. He'd make a perfect private detective style Riddler, in my opinion.

I like how even a successful Rusty with hair is still a dick.

Well we still have Shore Leave as an openly gay man in sci fi and a member of S.P.H.I.N.X

@RandomThought: I would agree that All-Star was made for fans but it was the opposite of being strangeld. After years of Jesus Christ Superman it was awesome to have Sci Fi Supes.

@Damn_Your_Sudden_But_Inevitabl...: In the Comics Ragnarok was done as a full on destruction of Asgard. Odin died before it, but that was all to do with this big plan he had set up. The story Arc was actually really good and was called Thor:Disassembled.
