"catEgoriZe."

I don't know if this is supposed to be snarky or brutal, but I'm sad as fuck again now.

Major unexpected deaths. That's really the thing.

"Happy Xmas (War is Over)"? "Fairytale of New York"? "Christmas in Hollis"? "Same Old Lang Syne"? Bowie & Bing? "Feliz Navidad"? "Christmas Wrapping"? All suck?

:(

This many artists/stars of this caliber, though?

Bowie died 10 days in.

Because life is utterly random.

It's not an album title.

Gerry.

Michael George?

You shouldn't have to proofread to not make that mistake.

Damage really is dull. Only Chase This Light is worse in their post-1995 catalog. Invented, though, is tragically underrated.

Wow. And you're a Pumpkins fan?

My top 10 records of the year. (OK, 11. I couldn't make a cut. Sue me.)

I worship at the altar of Peter Gabriel but I haven't loved anything he's done in a very long time (save for, ironically, his covers of "The Book of Love" and "My Body is a Cage", by two artists I don't really care for).

A bunch of albums I'd for whatever reason never gotten around to listening to in their entirety, plus a few that had never specifically been on my radar at all. Among them:

I've never loved that record. Neither than nor Music For the Masses, its 1987 counterpart. Always thought they were comedowns after the vastly superior Queen is Dead and Black Celebration.

What did I miss in the cover art?

Not sure I'd say "hands down" after listening to Selling England.
