@Stem_Sell: I'll give you ME, but Vista was pretty good. Out of the box it had issues, but after things got patched up, and drivers got updated, Vista was rock solid. Win7 is better, but Vista is hardly the pile you think it is.

@Gators15: That would be most likely. Unless it's on to allow for testing. I've seen organizations that use "secret" urls to test beta features outside the corporate network. It would not be surprising if this object could be used, if you knew what url to hit.
