I don't have a full understanding of IP addresses, as I am about to demonstrate, but if I use a dynamic IP, doesn't it change every time I reconnect? How can they narrow that down to my address?

@Anthony Lee: I use Chrome and still get regular netflix popups, even with shields up. Not nearly as bad as it used to be, but they are there.

@pawzlion: These are not the journalists you are looking for. This is a blog, not journalism. Think of it as a RSS feed for a wide variety of tech reports from other people/sites/sources. All they really do here is aggregate other news and offer the occasional OP-ED piece.
