Curious why you don’t want FWD on an EV?
I think many EVs are still slightly front heavy, because of auxiliary equipment, so seems superior to RWD, if you’re compromising and not getting AWD.

No mention of Alpha Gal?
Or how a tick-borne disease helped lead to this ability of pig-to-human transplants?

You missed the most exciting and interesting points of this achievement.

The best sounding car is a near silent car, hearing only the sound of the wheels on the road, or maybe the electric motor torque.
All of these cars that focus on fake noise, or purposely focus on what the car sounds like is just self-gratification, at the expense of noise pollution for everyone else.

Just passed a

I think you meant to recommend the Roomba j7+, not the i7+, which hasn’t been made for several years.
And the j7+ is $100 cheaper than you indicated.
I own it, and I am so impressed.  I can’t imagine any robot vacuum performing better than it - it’s exceeded all of my expectations.

I’m considering an LG OLED at the moment.
After reading about the burn-in situation, I was hopeful that LG had built in some kind of simple detector, that would power off a TV (or put it into some kind of sleep mode, powering off the display) after say, 10 minutes of a static image. Seems like an easy solution.

These articles are great! I like the level of detail you’re going into.

Also, how do I go about getting out of the greys?
I was out at one point a couple of years ago, have been a good posting citizen, but for some reason, am in the greys again?
I’ve never understood how this system is supposed to work.

It’s borderline unbelievable that this bike stayed there for that long.
Every cyclist of a certain age has lusted after a Litespeed.

It would’ve only taken one passing by to start obsessing over freeing it.

Also, why’d they lead with a photo of stick deodorants, when only the body sprays are affected?

Surely there is some connection between this and Winds of Winter?

Fwiw, I used to work at test-crashing cars (to test the safety of guardrails, signs, bridge decking, etc., not the cars themselves). We acquired a fleet of Yugos, which at the time (mid-90s), barely met the requirements for compact car testing. We had a lot of fun driving them around the long stretch of flat concrete

Don’t sleep on the Honda Odyssey minivan.
0-60 in a little over 6 seconds and quarter mile time of 14.5 seconds.

Not super fast, but faster than you’d think.
Faster than ‘70s Lamborghini Countach.

Also, it was repeated in the ‘80's Twilight Zone movie, with the venerable John Lithgow in Shatner’s role.

If you want to haul a bike around on the regular, install a hitch, and get a hitch rack.  Infinitely easier, better for the bike and car, and most modern hitches are barely even visible (and cheap and easy to install).

Looks like we have accessories to the crimes, to me.

I longed for years for another Civic hatch (had a ‘91 previously), and was disappointed at the (now) previous gen’s styling, options and price.
I reluctantly went with a CR-V, which in leather trim was within $1200 of the comparably equipped Civic hatch, and a whole lot more car (and had much better safety options and

Some photos would have really helped this review.
Particularly features like the Garmin sensor/display, that some people may not be familiar with.

This milk is sour.
I better take another drink just to make sure (and for the clickbait).

Did you see the movie?
If so, how?  Gizmodo flew you to Venice for the film festival?

Believing this rag paid to send someone from California to Venice to review a movie...

Here’s what Google needs to do with their doorbells and other security cameras, to reduce the bandwidth/battery power, while also yielding better results: 2 cameras. One low rez to serve as motion detector/event detector, and a higher rez one that kicks in with triggered actions. A small overlap period of 1-3 seconds
