Why wouldn't Apple just license this patent to HTC and other Android companies and make even more loot off of it? The iPhone is already selling well so banning these phones from the market will only make Apple look bad.

They still have such limited offerings! The shows I want aren't available, are already available through regular Hulu or on the network's site.
