This is a bad take, as they changed the calculator figures mid-way through the year. The only reason I know this is because I thought they might be playing games with people’s withholdings to sell the tax cut going into the midterms, thinking that people getting stiffed after they voted didn’t matter. I had to adjust

Why do you care though? So what if a 50 year old wants a grilled cheese? You gonna tell them they can’t have one because it’s only available on the kids menu?  Is there some law prohibiting the sale of kids menu items to people older than 12 in your state?

Yeah it’s not just like introducing your partner to your family—it’s like introducing them to family that you share your finances with, own a home with, and will never move away from. This isn’t unworkable or anything, but it is definitely very complicated. Like will he move in with the two of them when the time

It’s also worth noting that this sort of relationship is actually a boon for you and your future lovers.

Sure, but those things only happen once or twice a year at most and having to spend that much more on a truck up front for that sounds insane when I could just use my SUV for much of it or spend 80 bucks to rent a truck for the day

Leaving aside what you found boring, I’m starting to get frustrated with the “stop saying serial killers are charming and attractive” critique popping up around this docuseries. Never has a critique been more incorrectly lobbed.

You talk a lot about the physical aspects of age, but neglect anything about mental developmental.

Click-bait. I haven’t seen a single Democrat that said they’d vote for this cock knocker. If anything, his libertarian views would peel off more Trump voters than Democrat (He’d definitely claim the 12% of Bernie voters that thought voting for Twitler was just fine).

It’s “easy” to say that when you’re at the top, and not some struggling streamer.

Yeah I read that comment and thought this person is ignorant/stupid or just straight up lying.

No, more money will come to a very small group of streamers.  This will allow them to take an even larger share of viewers and eventually give them far too much influence.

It brings more attention to streaming as a whole. That’s it. The smaller streamers will not suddenly gain more viewers/income. Most of what they would gain over time would be just from doing it anyway.

What a weird thing to be so angry about.

Thisssssss all day.

Except it isn’t more money from outside when you’re specifically talking about advertising within twitch. That’s what is being called bullshit on.

It’s the same argument billionaires have for Trickle Down Economics... and it’s as bullshit now as it was then.

Sorry but we have decades of proof that trickle down economics doesn’t work.

In response to the furor, Pokimane, like Ninja before her, argued that pushes from big companies like Twitch, the NFL, and (in Ninja’s case) Red Bull benefit all streamers—not just the ones scoring the big deals.
