Never found it to be too big a deal. I wanted to do most of the story alone top enjoy the experience. When I needed help,I had already gotten the cutscene due to being whooped by the monster haha. When my friend was able to help, he got right in on the SOS.

I don’t agree with Gaijin hunter. The event armors would be much better as glamor skins( like in FFXIV). You wear your best gear but have the look of the gear set you have glamored on. As this article stated, back when Microsoft was top dog,the game defiance was supposed to support cross-play and it was M$ that refused cross-play.
