It costs them more to ad the region lock in the system. It's costs them more money to add it and they lose sales of games in the process. There are plenty of people that import. I'm one and from the sound of it there are a few others commenting.

Well your 2nd point, most won't import unless they can understand it, have a great guide, or there is no need to understand it(fighting game perhaps).

I get what you are saying but there are people who aren't dead broke and can afford import prices. These same gamers may prefer to avoid possible censorship(Aussies know all about that..), or play the game at all. Ryu ga gatoku Kenzan never came to the states... didn't stop some of us Yakuza series fans from playing…

There are tons of people that enjoy learning more than their native language and don't mind keeping their language skills sharp by playing a game in another language.

Just when the 3ds was sounding like a good purchase with those new models coming out, this article brought me back to reality. I guess I'll save my money until Nintendo smartens up or someone sells something to bypass the region lock

I didn't see that guys comment nor do I consider xbone derogatory. I've seen some really dumb name for the system and xbone just seems to be the nickname people use. I guess some people may use it as a derogatory name but most don't seem to.

This same deal was on various sites a while back. My daughter wanted it so I grabbed it for ps3 and will let her play the vita and ps4 versions when they release .

POS4? Really? Grow up please. With that out of the way, it's t e same exact deal. If you have it in ps3 you get a the vita version as a free download and can upgrade to the ps4 version for $5
