Crack pipe.
Quite frankly, I recommend the Golf to everyone I know. Need a car with a great amount of cargo room because you have kids? Golf Sportwagen. Need basic transportation? Golf. Need I nicer car with nice wheels and good tech? Golf. Need a practical car that goes like stink and is great to drive? Golf GTI. Need something…
Oh this dude is “gluten-sensitive” for sure.
1st gear: all those ammenities come at a price. A new Tahoe hits $60k in merely LT trim. My Porsche Cayenne stickered for $63k and has exponentially more gadgets, gizmos, and is just a better place to be all-around. But there’s a new Tahoe in every garage in Suburbia and I look like a jerk driving a Porsche. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Oh, and stop claiming Benz didn’t invent the car, because he did. Your bullshit story about disputing this is nonsense.
Love that Ghia
This is pretty much true of any industry that is trying to industrialize and grow and is bringing in skilled workers from the US in China or “the sandbox” as you put it.
because those industries are still growing, where our domestic (and even international) air travel is just looking for more and more ways to cut costs.
I know I’m excited about the Grand Tour when I’ve enjoyed every promo clip and it’s just been them talking in a parking lot.
Alternate headline:
High school dream car. Fantasy ruined when at 6'3" I tried sitting in one. Corvettes are disgusting.
I always assumed the reasons that each successive model of the vehicle got bigger was because automakers assumed the buying public wanted a little bit more. I want my new Civic (or whatever) to be bigger then my 8 year old Civic. I don’t want to feel like I bought “less” car.
Things you should never do in a CVT vehicle:
1) Drive a CVT vehicle
Isn’t the English language neat?
Well, I’ve driven everything up to a LaF and a 918 and I’d still vouch for the Evora 400 as being absolutely top-shelf. Compared to a Radical SR3 or Dyson/Caterham it’s obviously a big car but in terms of four-seaters, it’s almost perfect.
Some dealer has to take delivery of and service (frequently due to how hard they are driven) the cars while they are here.
Lots of automakers contract with other companies to manage their press fleets. Ford uses DST and Roush (among others.)
lazy millennial.
