She was in Clueless.
She was in Clueless.
At least Tara Reid has some camp appeal. She's probably more likely to get hired than he is, these days.
I agree it was a dumb, insensitive—one might even say mean-spirited—question (par for the course for Joan Rivers), but he had the option to decline or give a classier answer, and decided to be insulting instead.
I had no idea she played drums. Thank you for sharing that!
She had such a pretty voice. I'm not ashamed, I love The Carpenters :P
I agree. The whole thing was mean-spirited and gauche.
Yeah...I didn't at twenty-four, either. And even less so now, at 35. Nope.
Good point!
She's pregnant, so she's got at least a fraction more kid than you have.
That seems like the way to go. Some women don't mind "we're pregnant", and some do. *shrug*
Actually, "I'm building a house" *is* kind of annoying if you're not actually building it (I would say "I'm having a house built"). But I tend to be a stickler for accuracy, so your mileage may vary.
Personally, I would be very disappointed if I got a baby instead of a pterodactyl.
This, this, so much THIS. Seriously.
Yeah...I would seriously question the commitment of someone who ducks out because he's asked not to say something that's factually inaccurate (and also annoying).
Right? Why is this so difficult to grasp?
Neither do I. I'm rather disheartened by the amount of butthurt I'm seeing in the comments, here. If nothing else, "We're pregnant" should be avoided because it's completely inaccurate.
I'm quite firmly in the "it's a vulva, not a vagina" camp, as well as being annoyed by "we're pregnant." So, yes.
Yeeeesss. I love this :D How did he react?
Oh, I didn't say it wasn't scripted. I just said the phrase was used.
Heh heh. Mount. Anywhere he wants!
