"...you have to wear something that covers them up at least down about the knee..."

YES. So tired of people calling leggings "tights". Different thing!

Me, too! But real ones, who will fetch things for me and blow little blasts of fire at assholes.

I don't think I've ever seen a 60-year-old man with arms both that toned and that thin. But I HAVE seen women of all ages with arms like that.

Right? I don't get all the cattiness.

So? Pretty much everyone uses their best angles to take pictures of themselves, and shares only the flattering shots with others. Big deal. So it has been since the advent of the point-and-shoot camera.

I'm a big fan of her "Like A Prayer" look, too, with the dark hair.

I don't know. Given the "It looks like a man arm" follow-up, I'm kind of wondering now if the OP is 16, too.

It doesn't look masculine at all. What it looks like is the arm of a woman who works out a lot and doesn't have much body fat, which pretty well describes Madonna.

Exactly! I was also going to point this out :)

I came here to say the same thing. Old Navy pretty much always puts their plus stuff on a mannequin.

I have the same issues with "skinny" pants and jeans as you do. They're almost always straight-legs for me, and I, too, have to buy wide-calf boots.

Agreed. She's been put on the spot in a situation she has no real way of knowing anything about. Granted, she didn't handle it as gracefully or as articulately as she could have, but what was she supposed to say?

Yeah, I think that probably would have been a better answer.

I completely agree. And, even if she thinks he did it (maybe she does, who knows? I do, but I'm not a famous actress who worked with him before Dylan's open letter), it would be irresponsible and could get her into a lot of trouble, professionally and even legally, if she voices her opinion as if it's a fact.

This is my feeling on it, too. I could see it if she were someone who'd been around the whole time (*cough*Diane Keaton*cough*), but she's a relative newcomer and really has no way of knowing what really happened. I'd be hesitant to take a public stance on it without more information, too, if I were in the public

I think "Suburban Lush" is my new band name.

I just have to say, I loved every one of your comments in this thread, teagurl.

Right? Me, too.

I can't figure that one out, either O.o

Ha. Yup, me, too.
