Looks to me like he was alternating his current condition between awake and asleep.

A semi-Autonomous Tesla with a sleeper at human the wheel can careen on for a long time, until it finds itself in a situation it’s not capable of responding to

Welcome to the world of, “We want safer cars, but it’s not our fault cars are unsafe.”

Nice Price.

When I lived in an apartment, my Badger 5 in-sink erator would take anything I threw at it. Celery, bones, glass... my dog even brought in a stick once... no problem for the disposer!

This can be a not entirely insignificant amount of effort to make sure the payment is applied correctly.  At the end of the day, is it really worth the effort?  If you are able to make double payments EVERY month, that is going to dwarf any savings you get by fiddling with when you actually make the payment.

No, convergence simply means 1+1 = 2.  Synergistic strategies mean 1 + 1 > 2.  :)

I’m with ya, but the average yokel doesn’t understand the difference between IAS, TAS, and GS.  Hell, some pilots don’t...

There have been pretty crazy winds aloft the past couple of months. Check out www.windy.com. It’s a pretty handy tool for seeing the jet stream and how fast the planes might be going. As of this posting, the winds aloft at FL300 are 225MPH over new york.

Can confirm. Got two Stryker hips installed a few years back.

Considering cars have not really gotten more expensive over the years when adjusting for inflation, yes, they would be a ton cheaper.

Cars are only more expensive due to inflation. A $30,000 car today would go for about $5,000 in the 1970's .
